Jumeirah Island Villa renovation

Following the demolition of perimeter structures, the villa’s framework was found to be in critical condition. A comprehensive structural survey was conducted, leading to engineered solutions for load-bearing reinforcement. The reconstruction resulted in a 50% increase of total area from 400 to 600 sq.m.
